These terms cover your use of this website. By using it, you agree to them. This website is run by Chadane Chambers, trading as Brevora Digital Solutions.

Prices

Prices on this site are starting prices to help you plan. They aren't an offer. Your actual price depends on what your project needs, and we give it to you in writing before any work starts.

Every project has its own written agreement covering the price, what's included, timelines and payment. Our standard payment terms are a 50% deposit to start and 50% at launch. The written agreement for your project is what applies, not this website.

The demo designs

The businesses in our demo designs are made up. Any resemblance to a real business is unintended. Names, prices, menus, reviews and stock levels in the demos are examples only.

Choosing a design starts a conversation, not a contract. We adapt the design for your business with your own name, content and photos.

Our content

The designs, text, code and graphics on this site belong to Brevora Digital Solutions. Please don't copy or reuse them without our written permission. The fonts we use are open-licence fonts.

Accuracy

We work to keep this site accurate and available, but we can't promise it will always be error-free or online. We aren't responsible for losses caused by relying on the website alone, rather than on your written agreement with us.

Links to other sites

Some pages link to other websites, such as Google Maps. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for them.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Jamaica.
