Privacy policy

This policy explains what we do with your personal information when you visit this website or ask us for a quote. We follow the Jamaica Data Protection Act, 2020.

Who we are

This website is run by Chadane Chambers, trading as Brevora Digital Solutions, based in Negril, Westmoreland, Jamaica. You can reach us at hello@brevora.example about anything in this policy.

What we collect

  • When you send the quote form: your name, business name, email, and anything else you choose to give us (phone number, deadline, details about your business).
  • When you visit any page: our host, Cloudflare, records basic technical information such as your IP address and browser type to keep the site secure and working. We don't use it to identify you.

We don't use advertising trackers or analytics, and this site doesn't set cookies.

Why we use it

We use your quote request only to reply to you, prepare a price, and talk with you about your project. We won't add you to a mailing list or send you marketing unless you ask us to.

Who we share it with

We never sell your information. We use a small number of service providers to run this site:

  • Cloudflare hosts the website.
  • Resend delivers your quote request to our inbox by email.

These companies may store data outside Jamaica, including in the United States. They are only allowed to use it to provide their service to us.

The demo designs

The demo sites in our catalogue are for made-up businesses. Their forms don't send or store anything. One demo can show a Google map, but it only loads if you tap "Show the map". Google may set cookies once it does.

How long we keep it

If you don't become a client, we delete your quote request within 24 months. If you do, we keep your details for as long as we work together and as long as the law requires for business records.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

  • tell you what information we hold about you and give you a copy
  • correct anything that's wrong
  • delete your information
  • stop using your information for a particular purpose

Email hello@brevora.example with "Data request" in the subject. We reply within 30 days. If you're not happy with how we handled your information, you can complain to the Office of the Information Commissioner in Jamaica.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we use personal information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
